The riad was very clean, and the location was fabulous. it was at the heart of the medina. Everything was a short walk. the staff helped us with our luggage for our early start. they even prepared breakfast extra early. We found this very accommodating.

The breakfast included items such as fresh bread and local jam. The selection was varied. the staff served coffee or tea. It was always hot. the dining area was clean and inviting. We enjoyed having a relaxed start to the day.

The beautiful room had air conditioning, that worked effectively. the bed had clean linens. a safe was available in the room for securing valuables. the room size was adequate for two people. We found it functional.

i stayed for a couple of nights and found the staff attentive. moha arranged my airport transportation. he also gave excellent advice about local dining. the riad was clean and beautifully decorated, offering a pleasant environment.

the sound insulation wasn't great and i could hear noise from the reception at times.

moha was very friendly and helpful. he helped us with our luggage early in the morning. the location was also very convenient (close to everything).

the room was a bit small. the shower cubicle was very small too. i had to hold the shower head in my hand (it wasn't ideal).

the breakfast was so GOOD every morning, it was really filling. the staff helped me book a taxi. The price was fair. they asked every day if i needed ANYTHING. i felt so at home.

my room was on the first floor. it SMELLED damp, maybe from the kitchen. the bed linen was OLD, i think. the air conditioner blew right on the bed. i didn't like it at ALL.

the staff helped us get taxis. they recommended restaurants and tourist attractions. the hotel felt clean. the room was perfect as well and breakfast was very good.

the riad used thin sheets AS a duvet ON the bed. i preferred a normal duvet.
